Responsible for the assignment of identification connections to the user community. Responsible for assisting in and maintaining agency standards procedures and guidelines related to security of information processing systems.
Reporting to the Infrastructure Manager this professional-level non-supervisory position interacts with all users of technology systems at the Administrative Office of the Courts Supreme Court Court of Appeals and all levels of Washington courts. This includes cross-division coordination planning and brainstorming to ensure user access to approved systems. This position works with general supervision by following documented unit policies procedures and desk manual. Direct supervision is required for any non-standard events. Decision-making is by established policies procedures rules and desk manual.
