The Project Management Lead is responsible for an assigned portfolio of Projects (Orders) with significant technical complexity and commercial risk. The PM is accountable for project execution on-time delivery profit and loss & customer satisfaction. The PM is the primary customer contact and owner of the customer relationship for the duration of each Project.
As a Project Management Lead you will also be responsible for:
- Leading the planning execution and delivery of fast-track oil & gas projects
- Developing and managing detailed project schedules and cost estimates
- Directing and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams including engineering procurement Operations Logistics
- Ensuring strict adherence to HSE quality and regulatory standards.
- Driving risk management change control and issue resolution processes.
- Serving as primary point of contact for stakeholders clients
- Preparing and present progress reports performance metrics and executive updates

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Production)
- Have 6 years of relevant work experience
- Have a progressive experience in Oil & Gas project management
- Have a strong knowledge of Core supply chain functions and actions
- Have an experience working with international and multicultural teams
- Have an experience with ERP systems (SAP Oracle etc.) for project tracking and reporting
- Have an U-understanding of incoterms and country based regulations (HSE quality etc
- Have a knowledge of project planning tools
- Proactive problem-solver with a hands-on execution-oriented mindset
- Client-focused with a commitment to delivering value and innovation
- Have an ability to work under pressure and make effective decisions in high-stakes environments
