Job Summary

Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven professional to join our Admixtures Sales this role you will play a pivotal part in expanding our market presence by identifying and cultivating relationships with industrial clients including Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) producers and builders. You will be responsible for driving sales of high-value construction products such as admixtures curing compounds and shuttering oils while ensuring technical excellence and customer satisfaction. Your strategic outreach relationship management and market insight will directly contribute to achieving revenue targets and strengthening our position in the industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by targeting potential industrial clients and expanding market reach.
  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with key RMC producers contractors and builders to foster repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Lead the full sales cyclefrom lead generation and prospecting to proposal development contract negotiation and project execution.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to deliver expert product guidance resolve customer challenges and ensure solutions meet specific project requirements.
  • Stay ahead of market dynamics by monitoring industry trends competitor strategies and emerging opportunities providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs delivering timely and accurate performance reports.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.


Requirements

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales within the construction materials or industrial products sector.
  • Strong understanding of admixtures curing compounds and related construction chemicals.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle and achieve sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across designated regions.
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Chemistry Business or a related field (preferred).
