Job Summary
Drive and inspire cross-functional teams throughout the entire product lifecycle from initial research to successful product and maintain robust execution plans that align with ambitious schedule and quality objectivesNavigate complex technical issues by bringing together the right expertise to drive timely and effective evaluate and refine engineering development processes to optimize performance and maintain high a collaborative and transparent environment that promotes effective communication across teams and with leadership.
- . / . in Computer Science Electrical Engineering or similar
- 5 years of hands-on experience as an Algo / SW / System engineer
- 3 years of managerial experience (program/project/engineering manager)
- Excellent communication presentation social and leadership skills
- Ability to deep dive into technical details as well as filter and distill relevant information for the right audience
- Experience in multi-national development environment
- Experience in video processing computer vision machine learning fields
- Experience in generative models (e.g. diffusion models) development as an engineer or a program manager
- Experience utilizing AI tools for project management tasks; a passion for exploring and implementing innovative AI solutions prompt engineering vibe coding and MCPs to improve team efficienc
