Track Head Varsity Coach

Job Summary: Head Varsity Track Coach includes all aspects of operation of the track program junior high through high school. This includes planning developing mentoring and leading student-athletes and coaches in the program.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and implement a plan to develop student athletes
• Lead summer and other off-season workouts
• Oversee program builder and feeder system which could include youth and middle school teams camps and clinics
• Invest time to build relationships with players coaches and community members
• Build a knowledgeable and caring assistant coaching staff
• Maintain compliance with OHSAA rules and regulations

Job Qualifications:

• Must be committed to developing student-athletes physically emotionally and spiritually
• Strong communication and organizational skills is a must
• Experience coaching at the high school level or college level is desired
• Seeking individuals who will bring great energy and enthusiasm as well as strong Christian leadership skills
• Comfortable working in a multi-denominational community
