Responsible for coaching and recruiting students for assigned athletic event. Behaves and conducts work processes in a manner consistent with the Northwest Athletic Conference (NWAC) coaching standards and the Colleges guiding values. Performs all functions and activities within the guidelines and philosophy set forth in the BMCC Mission Vision and Strategic Plan.

Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelors or masters degree.
Previous successful teaching and coaching experience.
Coaches:
Sick Leave: Part-time employees earn 1 hour of sick leave for every 30 hours worked.
Tuition Waiver: Part time employees are eligible for one class tuition waiver per term. The waiver is for up to four (4) credits employee is responsible for all associated fees and additional credits.
Pay: $1127.85 monthly stipend
