The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Effectively and efficiently coordinating the following in respect of candidate selection:
- Liaising with software developers service providers support contractors and Party structures at provincial and regional level
- System monitoring testing and reporting
- Managing verification processes
- Managing helpdesk requests and technical queries
- Requesting and circulating information on the candidate selection process
- Record keeping of meetings

Minimum requirements:
- National Senior Certificate or equivalent
- Extensive experience in an administrative role
- Recruitment and selection experience (advantageous)
- Systems experience (advantageous)
- Computer literacy particularly MS Office Suite
- Basic project management skills
- Strong writing skills including minute taking and agenda preparation
- Knowledge of the internal workings of the Party (advantageous)

- Understand and process complex regulations
