Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits to assess operations risk management and maintenance of properties within the region
- Oversee and execute the annual budgeting process ensuring financials align with company expectations and market conditions
- Lead and mentor Community Managers and Area Managers supporting their development and fostering a customer-centric culture
- Analyze community performance metrics develop action plans and implement strategies to drive occupancy and revenue growth
- Collaborate with construction and marketing teams on lease-up communities to generate leads and ensure timely high-quality product delivery
Skills for Success:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in community management with prior experience in a regional leadership role
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in property management or a related field
- Strong financial acumen with proven experience in budgeting forecasting and revenue management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate remote teams
- Proficiency in property management software platforms such as RealPage MRI and Power BI for data analysis and reporting
