This Position reports to:

Marketing & Sales Manager


Your role and responsibilities:

In this role you will have the opportunity to implement product marketing strategies in line with global product strategy in assigned area to meet business objectives. Each day you will implement marketing activities and support Sales organization in driving sales and services for respective products. You will also showcase your expertise by driving sales efficiency by providing appropriate product knowledge information and training.

The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-Hybrid
This role is contributing to the Electrification - Smart Power Division in Singapore.

You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Implementing the product marketing strategy in the assigned area/segment including defining and communicating product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy.
  • Achieving product marketing targets and budgets by overseeing progress regularly and defining and implementing improvement plans as needed.
  • Focusing on achievement of orders and driving continuous improvement in the Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  • Executing annual marketing plan in collaboration with relevant division and/or product groups.
  • Developing business plans focused on driving business development for a defined market.

Qualifications for the role:
  • You are immersed in / engaged in / absorbed in / highly skilled in/ you enjoy working with channel partners to develop ABB products in the electrification and energy management market
  • Ability to demonstrate your experience in / Have established skills / advanced skills / You have at least 3 years of experience in the electrification / energy management industry
  • Possess an enhanced knowledge of / You are qualified in / Highly adept in market intelligence of competition activities as well as managing multiple stakeholders to drive strategic plans outline for the year
  • You are passionate about / you are captivated by / you are innovative around smart power solutions
  • Degree in Electrical or Business Engineering Degree and have a demonstrated track record in managing diverse product portfolio in a matrix organization.
