The Role
We are seeking a Sr. Manager Product Management in Singapore to spearhead Addepars growth and product excellence in the region. This is a foundational leadership role where you will operate at the intersection of global product strategy and local market execution ensuring our platform is compelling relevant and tailored to the sophisticated needs of the Singapore and wider APAC wealth management landscape.
As a Product Manager leader you will leverage your deep domain expertise in wealth management and Singapores regulatory environment to build and lead a high-performing regional cross functional (product and engineering) team. You will act as a strategic partner to global leadership guiding the development of data feeds integrations and features while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability within the Singapore R&D hub.
This is a unique opportunity to be the foundational product leader in Singapore building the team and the roadmap that will define Addepars legacy in Asia. You will have a seat at the table with global leadership influencing the trajectory of a world-class wealth management platform. Your leadership will directly enable wealth managers and family offices across the region to modernize their operations and deliver unprecedented value to their clients.

What Youll Do
- Strategic Leadership: Define and drive the multi-year product vision for Singapore and the wider APAC market ensuring seamless alignment with Addepars global platform strategy
- People Management & Mentorship: Lead hire and develop a team of Product Managers and R&D professionals. Foster a culture of excellence providing coaching career development and performance management
- Market Discovery & Expansion: Identify white-space opportunities regulatory shifts and emerging wealth management trends in APAC to shape long-term product investments
- Cross-Functional Orchestration: Partner with global Engineering Design and GTM leadership to synchronize regional delivery with global release cycles ensuring technical scalability and business impact
- Operational Excellence: Overhaul regional product processesfrom discovery to deliveryto ensure the team balances urgent local client needs with long-term platform integrity
- Stakeholder Influence: Serve as the primary regional advocate within the global product organization influencing executive-level decision-making through data-driven insights and market expertise
- Executive Representation: Act as a key face of Addepar Product for Tier-1 clients partners and regulatory bodies across APAC
Who You Are
- Experienced Leader: 10 years of relevant experience including a proven track record of managing and scaling product teams within Fintech or Tier-1 financial services
- Domain Authority: Deep expertise in wealth management private banking or investment technology specifically within the Singapore/APAC regulatory and data ecosystem
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to transition seamlessly between high-level strategy and technical execution with a platform-first mindset
- People Champion: Passionate about building teams. You have experience managing performance mentoring junior-to-mid-level PMs and building a cohesive team culture across distributed environments
- Communication Powerhouse: Exceptional ability to bridge perspectives between regional stakeholders and global headquarters building consensus and navigating complex organizational structures
- Results-Oriented: Proven ability to drive measurable outcomes in a fast-paced ambiguous environment particularly as a foundational hire in a new region
- Plus Experience leading 0 to 1 product initiatives or scaling a global product into the Asian market
- Plus Familiarity with MAS regulations and regional financial data providers (e.g. local custodians regional fintech API aggregators)
