Job Description

Technology Services Support Specialist

Wellington Full-time 12 Years Experience

The New Zealand Law Society Te Kāhui Ture o Aotearoa is looking for a proactive customer focused person to join our Technology Services team as a Technology Services Support Specialist.

About the role

As the first point of contact for IT-related queries across the organisation youll play a key role in supporting our systems services and people. From onboarding new staff management and provisioning of desktop hardware software licenses and role based access needs your work will help ensure our digital operations run smoothly and securely.

This is a permanent full-time (37.5 hours per week) role.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to

Provide frontline IT support and resolve service requests and incidents.

Manage onboarding/offboarding of staff including devices software and access

Support Microsoft M365 tools including Exchange SharePoint Teams Outlook to name a few.

Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to maintain service excellence.

Train staff on SharePoint and Teams usage as required.

Our ideal applicant will have

12 years of experience in a IT support role.

Knowledge of Windows 11 M365 Azure networking printing and cloud services.

Familiarity with ITIL V4 foundations is a bonus.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

A flexible can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.

A collaborative mindset and customer-focused approach
