Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee MDM (Vendor/Supplier Management)
In this role you will be working as an SME for the process. Have sound knowledge for Vendor/Supplier Master.
Responsibilities
Create / Modify Vendor/Supplier master record as per the request received following the defined procedures.
Ensure accuracy consistency and completeness of master data records.
Regularly update vendor information based on business requirements.
Perform master data validation tasks as and when required.
Adhere to data governance policies regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Enforce controls to prevent unauthorized changes to master data.
Analyse Vendor data to find trends patterns and opportunities for process improvement.
Coordinate with Client - procurement sales finance and operations teams to gather required information for new vendor creation or to update existing Vendor/Supplier data.
Support manager in data collation for various metrics and dashboards.
Research on errors and participate in creating the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) documentation.
Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) based on the updates received from time to time.
Support in data sharing across departments while adhering to data security protocols.
Be vigilant and find inefficiencies in processes and work with the transformation team to propose solutions for betterment.
Support in implementing automation tools in the process.
Perform peer to peer Quality check for accuracy and compliance.
Maintain exception logs for process related exceptions as and when they occur.
Train new joiners / team members on tools & systems. Work with manager and transformation teams on recording best practices adoption them at the ground level.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience Relevant Experience
Education: Bachelors degree
Good Working Knowledge and hands on in SAP S4 HANA Informatica Velocity MDG Ariba Salesforce
Retail Merchandising & BWS Category can be added advantage
A high degree of motivation excellent analytical and conceptual skills and a results and Vendor/Supplier-oriented style of working describe you
You possess strong communication skills and a good sense of responsibility
Team player with strong analytical cooperation and communication skills
Self-Motivated
Enjoyment working in a dynamic team
Very good English language skills
Flexible with Shift timings
Should have good knowledge of Vendor/Supplier data requirements

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Have a continuous improvement mind set and support improvement projects from data perspective
Advanced use of MS Office (Excel PowerPoint Word)
Great at communication collaboration
Flexible organized multi- task team player
Analytical Problem Solving Excel Good Communication able to work individually
Work with business units and process experts to resolve master data issues
