Salary:
HK$24191 to HK$28623 per month
Up to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.
Key Responsibilities:
As a member of the Cluster Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Team in HKWC the incumbent will support several aspects of the following areas:
1. Provide executive support to cluster OSH office covering a wide spectrum of OSH functions.
2. Assist Cluster Hospitals to comply with Occupational Safety and Health related regulations.
3. Assist in coordinating and implementing cluster OSH initiatives assessments accident and incident investigation promotion and training program;
4. Coordination work with OSH Committee members and Hospital OSH Coordinators on OSH issues.
5. Perform data analysis and preparation of OSH management reports.
6. Provide support on IT solutions website enhancement and develop application program for hospital management;
7. Support office administrative work; and
8. Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
EntryRequirements:
1.
University Graduates with working experience; OR
2.
Has obtained a diploma in a specialized function with relevant working completed F.5/ S.5 with:
(a)
5 subjects passed in HKCEE including English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language or equivalent; OR
(b)
5 subjects in HKDSE attaining the level specified below:
Preferred Attributes:
1. With university degree in science.
2. Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese.
3. Proficiency in programing language and development software such as Adobe Dreamweaver Adobe Illustrator / Adobe Photoshop and Video editing.
4. Exposure in website content maintenance.
5. Proficiency in PC skills such as MS Office Excel & PowerPoint.
6. Self-motivated meticulous and attentive to details and accuracy.
7. Hardworking and committed to quality services.
8. Able to work independently.
