Informatica CDGC and CDMC Admin

Job Description:

• This person will require 50 50 percent on Informatica and AWS Skills
• 3- 5 years of experience in data engineering Strong experience with distributed data processing Spark AWS Glue EMR or equivalent
• Handson expertise with data modeling ETL pipelines and performance optimization
• Strong handson expertise in building and optimizing ETL pipelines into Amazon Redshift
• Proficiency in Python PySpark and SQL familiarity with Iceberg tables preferred

Job Description

• Informatica Cloud CatLog Governance Market place Administrator Engineer level person who can help customer Configure Cloud Catalog Governance Market place with Informatica CDGC and data products from CDGC configure security and access roles integrate with SAMLSSO with ticketing services.
• Should also have strong knowledge and experience in CDGC and overall IDMC Overall IDMC tool experience also required

Daily Tasks Performed

• Configure security Implement Role Based Access Controls and Policy Based Access Controls
• Create and Configure Connections of SAAS platforms Mainframe Databases No SQL Cloud AWS S3 Athena Redshift etc
• Identify the Issues while Creating Connections and Resolve them
• Identify performance Bottle necks when profiling and resolve them
• Monitor IPUs consumption and automate the consumption reporting to the specific domain teams
• Configure Cloud Marketplace with Informatica CDGC and CDMC to policy based data protections
• Review Informatica Upgrade schedules explore the new features and communicate to Technical Business teams
• Communicate and Coordinate with Business teams on Upgrade timelines Implementations
• Setup work with Infra teams to establish AWS ECSEKS cluster to manage profiling workloads
• Support governance efforts to classify and protect sensitive financial customer data
• Develop Create APIs to fetch cross region Japan metadata Glossary in North America
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards and Understanding Governance policies eg GDPR CCPA SOX etc
• Setup SAMLSSO User and Groups
• Setup create Certificates and Whitelisting IPs
• Scan Profile Metadata Data CatLog and Data Observability
• Define Data Quality Rules

Technical qualifying skills

• 6 years of progressive experience in Informatica Platform Administration
• 5 years of progressive experience in data Catalog and Governance CDGC Administration
• 3 years of progressive experience in Informatica APIs
• 3 years of progressive experience in Informatica data integration
• 2 years of progressive experience in Informatica data Market Place and Data Access Management tools
