Job Title: Process Analyst P&C Insurance
(Hybrid Jersey City NJ)

About the Role:
Were seeking an experienced Process Analyst to optimize underwriting operations in the casualty insurance domain. This is a hybrid role (3 4 days onsite in Jersey City) offering an opportunity to partner directly with underwriters compliance and operations teams to drive process excellence and digital transformation.

What Youll Do:

Lead end-to-end process reviews for casualty underwriting (GL AL WC)
Identify inefficiencies and design scalable solutions
Develop SOPs process flows and workflow documentation
Champion automation and digital initiatives with IT/business teams
Ensure compliance audit readiness and regulatory alignment
Mentor junior analysts and present insights to senior leaders

What Were Looking For:

7 years in process analysis within P&C / Casualty Underwriting
Strong knowledge of policy lifecycle & casualty risk
Expertise in Visio BPMN Lean Six Sigma
Hands-on with Excel SQL Power BI
Familiarity with Guidewire or Duck Creek platforms
