The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated Compliance Analyst I - P&C Compliance Monitoring and Risk Assessment withthree or more years of testing and auditing experienceandthree or more years in regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have proven experience inSLOD compliance (3 years) or FLOD Quality Assurance (5 years) along with proficiency inrisk assessment (RCSA PRCI). Youll need stronganalytical technical and statistical skillsto synthesize information and make informed decisions alongsideexcellent verbal and written communication skillsto present critical issues to management. Experience insecond line of defense testing audit or regulatory examinations including leading assignments and developing test scripts is highly desirable.
This role requires individuals with relevantCompliance Risk and/or Third-Party designationsand the ability to build positive relationships with business partners and teammates to inspire change. We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position can be based in one of the following locations: San Antonio TX Plano TX Phoenix AZ or Tampa FL.

Compensation range: The salary range for this position is: $77120 - $147390.

Compensation: USAA has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market data of the position. The actual salary for this role may vary by location.
Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance and at the discretion of the USAA Board of Directors.
