About the Role
As our Office Coordinator at Hastings Deering / Sime office (146 Kerry Rd Archerfield) youll play a pivotal role in keeping our Brisbane IT office running smoothly while supporting our people and creating a positive efficient workplace this role you will:
- Lead by example champion safety initiatives foster teamwork and actively contribute to a culture of trust fairness and collaboration.
- Support our people support onboarding offboarding and induction processes coordinate training requirements and ensure safety personnel certifications remain up to date.
- Keep the office humming oversee facilities reception meeting rooms and kitchen areas to ensure a professional welcoming and well-resourced workplace.
- Deliver seamless coordination organise meetings travel accommodation events and functions with precision and attention to detail.
- Drive operational excellence manage purchase orders budgeting and invoicing while ensuring reliable processes and cost-effective use of resources.
- Enable productivity support the IT Management team and Executive Assistant with administration document management and streamlined workflows across SharePoint and Teams.
- Create positive experiences act as the first point of contact for visitors suppliers and customers delivering exceptional service every time.
