- 46 years of experience in Organization Design Transformation Performance Management or related HR/consulting areas.
- Bachelors / Postgraduate Diploma / Masters Degree in HR Business or a related
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with working proficiency in MS Office; exposure to data analysis/modelling is an advantage.
- Ability to support and apply structured problem-solving and design thinking methodologies.
- Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
- Experience working with clients/stakeholders with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
- Self-driven team player able to manage tasks independently with guidance from senior team members.
- Flexibility to travel and work in dynamic project environments.
