Job Summary
Job Overview
As an Analyst youll support our team by applying core engineering principles and techniques to deliver practical high-quality solutions. Your role will involve identifying and resolving technical issues analysing situations and developing effective real-world solutions. Youll gain experience working with international clients in the Asia Pacific Region in different Industries.
Responsibilities
- Apply engineering techniques to solve technical challenges and deliver practical solutions.
- Support project management by tracking progress monitoring costs and ensuring deliverables are met.
- Work with a high-performing team driving profitability and performance across Mining Ports Energy and Utilities.
- Leverage Deloittes expertise in problem solving design thinking digital and data analytics.
- Gain extensive training and development with opportunities for international assignments and secondments.
Requirements
- Engineering Degree in Electrical Mechanical Chemical or Marine Engineering from a recognized university.
- Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills.
- Result-oriented and dynamic with a positive attitude zero-defects mindset team spirit energy and excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Computer literate proficient in MS Office.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings PFDs and P&IDs.
- Knowledge/experience in asset-intensive industries (E.g.: power generation ship repair/maintenance) with a focus on Maintenance and Asset Management is an advantage.
- Experience in repair and major overhauls of compressors generators pumps etc. is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with CMMS systems (SAP or Ultimo preferred) is beneficial.
