Job Summary
Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated professional to join our growing Sustainability team in Sri Lanka. This is an exciting opportunity to work with diverse clients across sectors tackling sustainability challenges in a dynamic market. Youll collaborate with senior professionals sector specialists and international experts to deliver innovative impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver client projects in sustainability including strategy GHG accounting climate analysis and reporting.
- Conduct research on climate impacts carbon markets and emerging sustainability trends.
- Build and maintain client relationships aligning solutions with business and sustainability goals.
- Drive business development: proposals presentations and RFP responses across teams.
- Mentor junior team members and support team growth administration and opportunity tracking.
Key Requirements
- Bachelors in Sustainability Environmental Studies Management or related field (Masters a plus)
- 3 - 4 years ESG/sustainability or climate experience
- Strong knowledge of sustainability concepts: climate change GHG emissions carbon neutrality decarbonisation energy transitions
- Strong analytical and critical thinking; able to interpret data and draw insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proactive self-motivated growth-oriented team player with multitasking skills and ability to work independently
