Job Details
We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager working from our Birmingham office
to join our sales team. The role will identify new target markets build and maintain relationships with prospective and current clients with the objective of achieving sales revenue and growth according to team and individual targets.
Specific Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with new and current clients in existing industries or new target markets that can be served by our equipment line.
- Liaise with the Design Engineering and Project Management Teams to confirm specific client requirements following the TNA sales processing cycle including system layouts ECM KPIs URS reviews quotes timeframes for installation and sign off.
- Ensure sound knowledge of TNAS products and services is maintained and developed on a continual basis and accurately communicated to customers.
- Ensure CRM information is continually updated providing accurate forecasting information to be used in developing the business plan for the region.
- Ensure regular contact is made for your customer base and submit detailed sales visit reports and follow up with all action owners until completion in order to meet customers expectations.
- Liaise with Aftermarket Team to ensure all latest TNA innovations/options are promoted to the customer base in your territory to maximise machine performance and customer satisfaction.
Skills Qualifications and Experience
- Previous record of growing a sales territory with a minimum of 3 years experience in a capital machinery sales role.
- Exposure to the manufacturing industry (specifically food or packaging) is advantageous
- Experience of working with CRM costing tools machine spec sheets and working from detailed layouts is advantageous.
- Experience in conducting sales presentations to small or large groups is essential
- Driving license is a requirement
