Job Role: Performance CoE Team Member

Responsibilities:

Establish performance testing frameworks and best practices.
Ensure adherence to performance testing standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate performance testing into the SDLC.
Select and implement appropriate performance testing tools.
Lead performance testing initiatives and manage related projects.
Identify and address performance risks proactively.
Integrate performance testing with monitoring tools for better observability.
Work with testers to resolve performance issues while aligning with business requirements.
