Principal Duties/Responsibilities
Process&StakeholderManagement:
- Deliver/ManageKPIsandmetricsinlinewiththeprescribedtargets
- Prioritizeandorganizeworkaccordingtobusinesspriorities.
- Drivingprocessimprovementswithinteamforimprovedefficiencyclientexperienceorbetter risk controls
- Periodicreviewofprocess risksandensuringadequatecontrols areinplace.
- Meetingwithstakeholders todiscussprocessrelatedchallengesandopportunities
- Workwithrelevant stakeholdersforeffectivelyresolvingescalations.
- Complete ad-hoc tasks as directed by Manager.
- Proactively support key initiatives that have been delivered to implement change.
ResourcePlanning:
- Forecastingandplanningofresourcerequirements
- Manageresources efficientlythrough peaksand troughsinthebusiness cycle.
- Ensurecontingencyplanningisinplaceforcriticalresources.
PeopleManagement/Development:
- Settingappropriategoals &expectationsfortheteamandconductingregularprogressreviews.
- Workcloselywithindividualsandgroomthemtotheirfullpotential.
- Assessinganddevelopingcompetencylevelstomakesureteammembershavetheexpertise needed to add value to the business.

- Conduct1-1andteammeetings inlinewithOperational EngagementFramework.
- Managingattritionandabsenteeism intheteam.
- Monthly nominations for SPOT award and R&R
