Job Summary
About the Role
We are hiring smart enthusiastic and career-driven freshers who are excited to build their career in the digital advertising / adtech industry.
You will get the opportunity to work across Performance Marketing Supply Operations and Influencer Marketing depending on the business requirement and your interest/skill fit.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing (Training will be provided):
Assist in campaign setup optimization and reporting.
Monitor campaign performance across platforms.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
Supply Operations:
Support publisher onboarding and day-to-day communication.
Track performance metrics and ensure smooth supply flow.
Maintain dashboards reports and documentation.
Influencer Marketing:
Source influencers and maintain communication with creators.
Assist in campaign coordination briefs and deliverables.
Track campaign performance and maintain records.
What Were Looking For
Smart quick learner with strong analytical thinking.
Enthusiastic about digital marketing and performance advertising.
Strong communication & coordination skills.
Good understanding of MS Excel/Google Sheets (basics).
Ability to join immediately.
Comfortable working from our Gurgaon office.
