Position: Head of IT (SAP)

Company Overview:

We are a large group based in Cairo Egypt with a diverse portfolio of businesses in various industries such as retail hospitality and real estate. We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Head of IT to lead our SAP team and drive our technological capabilities forward.

Job Summary:

As the Head of IT (SAP) you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our SAP systems and ensuring their smooth operation and integration with our business processes. You will lead a team of IT professionals and work closely with other departments to identify and implement innovative solutions that will enhance our overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the companys overall objectives and support its growth and development.

Manage and lead the SAP team providing guidance training and support to ensure their professional development and efficient performance.

Oversee the implementation maintenance and troubleshooting of SAP systems ensuring their reliability security and compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Collaborate with other departments to identify their IT needs and provide effective solutions that improve their efficiency and productivity.

Monitor and analyze system performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes to optimize processes.

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in SAP technology providing recommendations for new systems or upgrades that could benefit the company.

Develop and manage the IT budget ensuring costeffective solutions and responsible use of resources.

Communicate with senior management and stakeholders on the status of IT projects providing regular updates and reports.

Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and implement necessary measures to safeguard company data.

Qualifications:

Job Holder Technical Skills:

• At least 15 years of working experience in IT and at least 5 years as IT Manager in Manufacturing.
• Proven experience as a System Integrator or similar role with a strong background in IT systems.
• Strong understanding of new technology and IT systems.
• Strong analytical capabilities.

Personal Competencies:

• Communicative committed flexible with excellent professional standards.
• Reliable accurate with attention to detail.
• Excellent Arabic and English skills.
