Our client is a 501(c)(3) school dedicated to providing individualized research-based education and behavioral support to children with autism spectrum and related disorders. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage Intake for incoming families/clients
- Design and implement behavioral assessments
- Develop and implement clinical programs for individuals with autism
- Provide supervision and training to RBTs
- Conduct client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate medical documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize client care
- Monitor program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
- Design and implement functional analysis procedures
- Collect analyze and document data
- Write behavior intervention plans and train staff
- Lead parent trainings
- Maintain skill acquisition and behavior reduction data
This is NOT a remote position this is an on-site position in Chandler Office.

Full Time (Monday Friday 7:45am 3:30 pm) 40 hrs/week
