The Position
This role is initially for fixed-term 12 months with the possibility to prolong.
We are seeking a new colleague to join our Logistic & Supply Chain team in Diagnostics Division as aCustomer Service Representative to provide administrative and operational support for order processing and customer communication.
The Opportunity
- Process customer orders in SAP system
- Create sales orders invoices and credit notes
- Communicate with customers to resolve operational requests or questions
- Cooperation with colleagues from logistics finance sales and quality (complaint handling) departments
- Provide timely information to clients and ensure smooth order flow
- Gradually learn and support other logistics-related tasks
Who You Are
- University degree in Business Administration Logistics Economics or related field is an advantage
- You enjoy administrative tasks are detail-oriented responsible and well-organized
- You have professional and customer-friendly communication skills
- Fluent in local language (Czech/Slovak native level) and good command of English (spoken and written)
- Experience with SAP (order management) is preferred
- Comfortable using Google platforms
- Proven experience in a customer-focused role (sales support application support customer service training)
- Self-starter proactive with ability to handle conflicting priorities independently
- Motivated to develop long-term relationships with clients
- Open to continuous learning
