- Flexible shift patterns MondaySunday (part-time roles also available)
- Hybrid working available after training (1 day a month in the office)
- 6 month FTC 24-25k
The Role Contact Centre Customer Advisor
- Respond to telephone email and live chat enquiries from the general public
- Provide accurate information to customers
- Manage complaints and customer queries efficiently
- Respond to e-commerce enquiries and transfer calls as required
- Maintain professionalism and accuracy when completing forms and written responses
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management
The Person What Were Looking For
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage a high volume of enquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Competent in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
- Professional confident and empathetic approach to customer interactions
- Ability to read and interpret information accurately
- Minimum of 3 GCSEs at grade C or above including English and Maths or 2 years relevant experience
