Job Summary
SwimRVA is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Relationship Coach! The SwimRVA Relationship team strives to provide amazing first impressions and build relationships with those we serve to ensure a great overall experience.
We are looking for someone that is able to work weekends.
The right candidate is customer service oriented organized efficient and positive. SwimRVA Relationship Coaches are reliable and consistent due to their strong work ethic. As a Relationship Coach you will serve in a vital role in the organization as you are the first and last person that interacts with those we serve.
The mission of SwimRVA is to elevate swimming in the Richmond region making water safety and aquatic fitness more accessible to all. SwimRVA believes our strength and impact is driven by our people. We invest in the growth and development of our team members in order to grow our impact.
The SwimRVA Relationship Coach job duties:
- Provide exceptional customer experience
- Customer Service oriented with a passion to serve creatively problem solve and build strong relationships
- Phone sales and customer service
- Greet and check-in participants
- Create customer engagement strategies
- Customer stewardship administration to include mailings spreadsheet management and packets
Qualifications
- A positive attitude and work ethic
- Customer service oriented organized efficient and positive
- Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to assist in setup & load outs of various events
- Able to lift and carry weights up to 50 pounds
Salary/Benefits:
- Part-time
- Starting at $14.25/hour
- Multiple locations- North Chesterfield Church Hill North Henrico
