How will you make an impact
When youre part of the team at Thermo Fisher Scientific youll do important work like helping customers in finding cures for cancer protecting the environment or making sure our food is safe.
As a Back Office Representative you will be part of a diverse team that speaks over 12 languages and build a friendly and upbeat working environment. This position is an excellent fit for people who enjoy working in an international setting where a wide range of administrative tasks are fulfilled. Based at our Shared Service Center in Budapest your team provides internal support to Thermo Fisher partners and the field service engineer team and delivers professional service and excellence in a diverse back-office environment.
What will you do
- Take ownership of order managementprocessactivities
- Create tickets in ticketing tool andplacetheinstallationorder in SAP
- Assignand scheduleEngineers to the fieldif required
- Supervise status of installation orders
- Maintainand developexcellent relationship with different departments
- Document and track all required information and daily data
- Manage the process for advanced inquiries and complaints to resolution
- Provide expertise guidance and support to colleaguesasnecessary
- Build and maintain relationship with field service technicians sales department dispatching team and additional accounts within the business unit.
- Help in evaluating processes and related optimizations to increase efficiency
How will you get there
- 2 years customer service experiencein a multicultural environmentis preferred
- Requires a high school diploma or a Government Body award. A Bachelors Degree is preferred
- Fluency of the English Language both written and verbalis essential
- Italianlanguage knowledge is required
- Competent Microsoft Office user(Especially Excel and Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good problem-solving skills and result oriented approach
- Display attention to detail and accuracy in the workplace
- Process improvement demeanor
- Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively
- Must demonstrate judgment tact and diplomacy in dealing with internal and external customers
- Experience with SAP C4Spreferred but not essential
