Job Summary
Job Description
This individual will work in support of the Warhawk Success Center ( WHSC ) to provide direct services to students. The Academic Coach helps students develop skills behaviors and habits that contribute to success in college. These includes academic and career goal setting learning strategies time management and organization self-regulation and self-efficacy.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree 2-3 years of experience in higher education student affairs counseling or other closely related field; Strong time management and problem solving skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Excellent written and communication skills Ability to communicate with a variety of campus constituencies
Preferred Qualifications
Masters degree in higher education student affairs counseling or other closely related field is preferred.
