KDCI Outsourcing is seeking an RFP Specialist to support the business development team in securing new opportunities through exceptional RFP management. This role involves analyzing RFPs and RFIs researching potential clients designing compelling presentations and collaborating with global teams to ensure timely high-quality deliverables. The ideal candidate is highly analytical detail-oriented and skilled at turning insights into winning submissions that drive client acquisition and growth.
Conduct thorough analysis of RFPs RFIs and other pre-contract materials to understand client needs and requirements.
Perform market research on potential clients competitors and proposal opportunities to support business development.
Identify strategies to convert prospects into clients and provide actionable recommendations.
Assist sales and marketing teams in the design creation and optimization of presentations and pitches to improve client experience and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with global teams to ensure timely accurate and high-quality deliverables.
Maintain and update a repository of templates case studies and client-specific documents for efficiency and consistency.
Identify winning RFP trends and provide feedback to continuously improve processes and strategies.
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Highly analytical with excellent attention to detail and the ability to gather and interpret information for submissions.
Creative ability to design visually appealing pitch decks and presentations that communicate solutions clearly.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
Strong writing and editing skills for developing persuasive and accurate content.
Ability to work independently manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
