The client is seeking to recruit a dedicated full-time Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to join the team remotely. This highly integrated role requires a rare combination of performance marketing expertise (Paid Ads SEO Klaviyo) and high-volume content creation skills (Canva/Graphic Design) to drive direct product sales increase brand awareness in the health and wellness sector and support the e-commerce growth strategy. We are looking for an experienced proactive and data-driven candidate with exceptional English proficiency.
The client is an Australian e-commerce organization specializing in red light therapy and wellness products. As a direct-to-consumer (DTC) brand our success relies heavily on highly effective digital campaigns that convert website traffic into product sales. The successful candidate will be integral
to managing the full marketing funnel from brand visibility to final purchase conversion.
What Youll Do
Youll be the kind of person who:
1. Paid Advertising
- Expertise in managing and optimising Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search & Shopping).
- Must be proficient in audience segmentation A/B testing and campaign scaling to meet e-commerce sales (ROAS) targets.
- Daily monitoring and budget management of all paid digital campaigns.
- Performance optimization for CPI/CPC and Return On Ad Spend (ROAS).
2. Content Creation
- High proficiency in Canva for rapid creation of branded visual assets (product promotions testimonials social stories banners basic video edits).
- A strong aesthetic sense and graphic design skill is required.
- Design all necessary visual assets for social media and advertising campaigns ensuring brand consistency and adherence to health/wellness product guidelines.
3. Email Marketing
- Klaviyo proficiency is strongly preferred and experience in e-commerce email flows is mandatory.
- Experience with building testing and managing automated flows (e.g. welcome browse/cart abandonment post-purchase win-back) and complex audience segmentation.
- Manage the execution and reporting of all conversion-focused email marketing initiatives.
4. Website SEO (Technical & On-Page)
- Fundamental knowledge and practical experience with e-commerce SEO (product-specific keyword research on-page optimization and content strategy) to drive organic traffic.
- Optimize product pages and blog content for search engines to increase organic rankings and support website traffic growth.
5. Social Media Management
- Proficiency in scheduling tools (e.g. Later Buffer Hootsuite) and managing organic social media engagement across platforms.
- Manage the content calendar scheduling and community engagement for all organic social media channels
6. Reporting & Analysis
- Ability to extract analyze and present key performance indicators (KPIs) weekly focusing on sales ROAS and conversion rates.
- Deliver actionable performance reports on all digital marketing channels.

Other Skills Required Aligned with companys values Tech Savvy Entrepreneurial and Clever; Passionate about consumer electronics and smart-home technology; Results-oriented with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets; Highly self-motivated with a bias for action and data-driven decision-making; Excellent communication organisation and time-management skills; Experience collaborating with external marketing agencies and 3PL partners; Canva or Photoshop skills for supporting EDMs and promotions preferred; Canva experience is looked up favourably as there will be some asset creation/adjustments required to support the page maintenance of the Shopify store and creation of EDM campaigns in Klaviyo. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for internal reporting purposes highly favoured.
