Join Our Team as Divisional Head (Deputy Director) Shared Services Finance at NTU!
Key Purpose:The Finance Divisional Head NTU Shared Services will lead the universitys finance transactional services driving operational excellence digitalisation and service delivery across core finance functions. This role is responsible for building a high-performing team to deliver efficient standardised and customer-centric financial services that support the universitys mission in education research and administration.

Responsibilities:
Define and execute the vision and strategy for Finance Shared Services driving standardisation simplification and scalability. Lead a culture of continuous improvement innovation and service excellence.
Oversee end-to-end finance operations including accounts payable accounts receivable payroll general accounting and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with policies regulations and audit requirements.
Drive automation robotics and analytics initiatives. Partner with IT to implement and optimise finance systems championing data-driven insights.
Lead motivate and develop the finance team. Foster a collaborative service-oriented culture and manage change for new processes and technologies.
Strengthen internal controls and risk management. Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and regulations partnering with audit and regulators.
Requirements:
Relevant degree in finance accounting or a related field with minimum 15 years of relevant experience.
Practical technical and specialized knowledge in finance operations digital transformation and compliance.
Significant experience in finance leadership roles with a track record of driving operational excellence and innovation.
Strong leadership strategic thinking and change management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
High-performing engaged and adaptable to change.
