Job Summary
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Director of Food & Beverage you will provide strategic leadership for one of Singapores largest and most prestigious hotel complexes. Your role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences driving operational excellence and ensuring strong financial performance across all venues.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily F&B operations ensuring the highest service quality and consistency across all outlets.
- Drive financial performance through effective budgeting forecasting cost management and revenue optimisation.
- Collaborate on marketing initiatives signature events and key brand partnerships to strengthen visibility and drive revenue.
- Partner with the Culinary division to deliver innovative guest centric concepts.
- Lead develop and mentor a large diverse team ensuring strong engagement talent development and succession planning.
- Uphold strict standards of food safety hygiene and compliance with all hotel and regulatory policies.
Your Skills & Experiences
- Diploma or Degree in Food & Beverage or Hospitality Management.
- Proven senior F&B leadership experience in a luxury or upscale hotel environment.
- Strong operational knowledge financial acumen and service culture expertise.
- Excellent leadership communication and problem solving abilities.
- Confident well presented self driven organised and experienced in leading large teams.
