About the role:
Were looking for a compassionate and dedicated full-time Registered Nurse to join our team in the Kress Ward a 25-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit. Reporting directly to the Nurse Unit Manager youll be at the heart of delivering high-quality patient-centred care. Youll be working alongside a fantastic multi-disciplinary team of Allied Health professionals all focused on helping our patients achieve their personal rehabilitation goals. Your role will involve assessing patient needs providing care administering medications and ensuring each person feels supported and comfortable throughout their recovery journey.
This is a rewarding role where youll work closely with patients recovering from a range of conditions providing both physical and emotional care as they rebuild their independence. Youll have the chance to contribute to creating tailored rehabilitation programs that truly make a difference in peoples lives.
