About the client:

A reputed travel company in Sri Lanka offering leisure travel corporate travel management airline ticketing and tour operations renowned for service excellence & innovation.

Responsibilities:

Identify new business opportunities through networking and market research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service.
Understand customer needs and offer tailored logistics solutions.
Collaborate closely with the internal operations team.
Coordinate transport logistics and documentation process.
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the full shipping process.
Stay updated on industry trends regulations and best practices.

Candidate Profile

Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Sales in Freight Forwarding industry.
Strong proficiency in MS Office applications especially Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to identify new business opportunities and build lasting customer relationships.
Good understanding of shipping processes transport coordination and documentation. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
Male candidates preferred.
