Job Summary

Overview
Looking for a seasoned Senior QA Engineer to drive end-to-end quality assurance across the software lifecycle. The role involves defining QA strategy building test frameworks leading QA teams and ensuring releases meet both functional and non-functional standards. You will work closely with product engineering and design teams to ensure delivery quality at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Define and maintain QA standards frameworks and test strategies
Lead QA engineers in designing and executing test procedures
Review and approve test plans scripts and documentation
Oversee the full QA lifecycle including manual and automated testing
Conduct root cause analysis and refine test procedures when required
Perform analysis on product specifications and ensure compliance
Review and sign-off on QA reports and test metrics
Support product deployment and post-release validation
Liaise with design engineering and management on quality expectations

Requirements

3 years of experience in software QA roles
Hands-on experience in testing web mobile API and database layers
Strong exposure to Microservices REST/SOAP APIs Jenkins JIRA TestLink/TestRail Postman Selenium or Cypress
Experience in performance/security testing and functional test automation
Strong knowledge of Risk Management & Risk-Based Testing
Experience with cloud deployments and application architecture
Domain exposure in healthcare systems
Experience with test/requirement coverage reviews
Exposure to big data and IoT testing (added advantage)
Proven experience leading QA in a microservices environment
Knowledge in Agile/Scrum delivery practices
Experience testing in cloud technologies
