Job Summary
About the Client:
A well-established IT solutions provider with over 17 years of industry experience the company specializes in distributing globally recognized brands such as AMIDA HAVIT PNY and other leading technology products including laptops desktops CCTV systems printers and computer accessories. With a proven record of trust and customer satisfaction the organization continues to be a leader in providing multi-solution IT services across Sri Lanka.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process incoming corporate sales orders ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team including handling phone calls and emails.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Manage ERP-based order entries ensuring all orders are accurately recorded and invoices are issued promptly.
- Resolve customer inquiries follow up on requests and maintain high standards of service.
- Contribute to overall customer satisfaction and retention by providing efficient support.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar capacity.
- Prior experience in tender quoting or the IT industry will be an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems and order management processes.
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills with attention to accuracy and deadlines.
- Ability to communicate effectively in three languages.
- Age below 30 years and must be based around Colombo.
