Job Summary

Description

Labour Supplier Management

  • Responsible for recruiting and managing outsourced labour staff and contractors to meet organizational manpower requirements.

  • Execute the companys manpower forecast plan and budget ensuring adequate coverage for absenteeism and turnover.

  • Conduct monthly compliance audits to ensure all contractors adhere to statutory obligations as per the countrys labour laws.

  • Maintain a healthy supplier base in collaboration with the Procurement function to ensure uninterrupted manpower supply across all sites.

  • Support the onboarding process by ensuring proper orientation for new outsourced employees through manpower supervisors.

  • Monitor grievance handling and ensure that monthly salary payments are carried out accurately and on time by outsourced management units.

  • Develop and implement a system to measure the performance productivity and efficiency of outsourced workers and establish a continuous improvement framework for all sites based on job roles.

  • Identify skill gaps through manpower supervisors and coordinate training sessions to address those gaps.

  • Conduct quarterly manpower supplier management meetings to discuss operational issues and areas for improvement.

    Supplier Handling (Canteen Building Maintenance Service Pest Control Waste Disposal General purchasing and Maintenance)

  • Assess supplier capabilities to ensure alignment with company requirements prior to finalizing agreements.

  • Establish clear service-level expectations through a Service Instruction Charter.

  • Conduct periodic audits to evaluate service quality and ensure implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) where necessary.

  • Ensure all suppliers maintain agreed service standards and take necessary action to replace underperforming suppliers when required.

Qualification

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Administration.

  • Successful completion of G.C.E. A/L and a Diploma in Administration or a related field.

  • Sound Knowledge in Labor Managements (Labor Laws).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • A well-organized methodical and hardworking individual with excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency in MS Office packages.
