Shift: 8-hour Days 6:15 AM 2:45 PM

Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Weekly Pay Rate: $880 - $1040; (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Phlebotomist Technician for a 13-week contract assignment at a reputable healthcare facility in Laconia NH. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inpatient phlebotomy and previous travel experience. This is a full-time day shift position offering competitive weekly compensation and guaranteed hours.

Responsibilities:

Perform venipuncture and capillary puncture on patients of all age groups.
Collect and label specimens accurately and efficiently.
Ensure proper handling processing and transport of specimens.
Adhere to infection control and safety procedures.
Interact professionally and compassionately with patients families and staff.
Maintain accurate records and documentation within the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience with at least 1 year in an inpatient setting.
Documented travel assignment experience.
Active NH or Compact RN license (License verification required).
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent).
Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) preferred.
Strong communication organization and time-management skills.
