Job Summary
Registered Nurse- Operating Room (Contract Role)
- Location: Concord New Hampshire 03301
- Duration: 13-weeks contract
- Shift: 10-hr Days 7:00 AM 5:30 PM
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
- Weekly Pay Rate: $2480 $2720; (Negotiable based on experience)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Operating Room team on a 13-week contract basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive acute care OR experience and be comfortable assisting in a wide variety of surgical cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide perioperative nursing care for patients undergoing surgical procedures.
- Assist surgeons and the OR team during procedures in accordance with established protocols.
- Maintain patient safety and monitor patient status throughout procedures.
- Ensure proper documentation and EMR charting of surgical interventions.
- Prepare OR equipment instruments and supplies for surgeries.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years acute care OR experience.
- Experience in orthopedic urology vascular general and trauma cases; please specify years of experience in each specialty.
- Active NH RN license or Compact RN license.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Preferred Certification- PALS
- EMR experience preferred (Cerner experience is a plus).
