Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Performance Test Engineer with expertise in JMeter to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing executing and analyzing performance tests to ensure our applications meet high standards of scalability reliability and responsiveness. You will collaborate closely with development DevOps and QA teams to ensure seamless system performance in production-like environments.
Key Responsibilities:-
Design and implement robust performance test strategies using JMeter tailored to application requirements.

Develop maintain and optimize performance test scripts for web and API-based applications.

Execute various types of performance tests including load stress endurance and scalability tests.

Analyze test results identify performance bottlenecks and collaborate with teams to implement corrective actions.

Work closely with development DevOps and QA teams to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues.

Monitor system performance using tools such as Grafana InfluxDB New Relic or Dynatrace.

Create comprehensive performance test reports and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Continuously enhance performance testing processes tools and frameworks to ensure better test coverage and efficiency.

Strong hands-on experience with JMeter for performance testing.

Proven experience in executing load stress endurance and scalability tests.

Solid understanding of web protocols (HTTP HTTPS REST SOAP) and API testing.

Experience analyzing system metrics and troubleshooting performance issues.

Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana InfluxDB New Relic or Dynatrace.

Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams (development DevOps QA).

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication skills to present technical findings to stakeholders.
