As part of our expansion we are developing white-label solutions that allow partners to launch scalable secure and high-performance fintech and blockchain products.

About the role:

We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer (Go) to design expand and support the white-label platform at EMCD. You will play a key role in decoupling the current system into an independent environment ensuring scalability flexibility and high performance for future partners.

This role involves hands-on backend development system architecture and API design with a strong focus on performance optimization and reliability in high-load environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain the backend of the white-label solution in Go
Expand and adapt the current system into a standalone independent environment
Design scalable and flexible architecture for future partner integrations
Optimize existing services for high-load performance.
Build and maintain APIs (gRPC/REST) for frontend and internal services
Design and optimize PostgreSQL schemas ensuring resilience and fault tolerance
Implement observability and maintain system stability

Requirements

5 years of commercial backend development with Go
Strong experience designing distributed high-load systems
Deep knowledge of C# PostgreSQL
Hands-on experience with gRPC/REST API development and integration
Solid understanding of microservices architecture and scalability principles

Nice to Have

Experience in fintech crypto or blockchain projects
Familiarity with AI tools to enhance development speed and quality
