Come help us build Astralis and Fusion Esports Group into being a leading factor in the future of esports.
If you have ever felt the rush of esports you know the name Astralis. Even if you havent the brand is known to people around the entire world. Founded in Denmark and immortalized through an iconic 4X world champion era in Counter-Strike and even listed on Nasdaq. Its been recognized by prime ministers celebrities and everything in between as one of the most influential Danish success stories and now its time for more.
Under new ownership of a passionate and ambitious Danish investor group led by original Astralis co-founder Jakob Lund and former professional player and Group COO of Ninjas in Pyjamas Jonas Gundersen we are setting out to write the next chapters of not only Astralis but esports altogether: Reigniting the Astralis brand to new heights by global expansion and showing the way towards truly profitable and operationally excellent esports team ownership through a lean yet powerful machine.
To achieve this we need someone like you. The operational force who turns vision into daily victories and recurring systems dynamic enough to work with the ever moving industry both internally and externally. You will work side by side with both C-levels acting as the glue and heartbeat in the middle of everything and everyone making sure we keep momentum while consistently making sure we build systems that scale - and are actually making people thrive better in their daily workflow.
What winning looks like after four months
A lean system in place for key workflows using tools that fit (Notion Airtable Self-developed AI tooling Asana or something different that fits our needs).
10 clear SOPs written implemented with weekly automated reporting and leadership check-ins as well
One master plan for major projects so nothing slips.
One master playbook and OS defining our values rules of engagement processes and is built on a full AI-native base making automation and self-servicing seamless for all
Every department runs on a data driven foundation automated and integrated with the entire tech-stack
We are rebuilding Astralis to dominate esports and gaming entertainment worldwide new titles new formats new audiences. You will be the engine that turns ambition into reality.
We require you to have a background with a few years in Big4 consulting top-tier strategy or another high performing environment where precision and pace are the norm. You probably also have some experience from elsewhere. You definitely have a proven track record where you have continuously demonstrated that not only can you strategize and systemize but also do the actual work. You have to be a self starter and a relentless operator that thrive on implementation and adoption. A few keywords;

Have a strong eye for details and know how to translate them into big wins.

In short we are looking for the very best of the best from the outside of our world and want to find the magic that occurs when we merge that with our deep domain expertise and experience.
The role is office based in central Copenhagen at our new offices and is not your traditional 9-5. Of course it comes with options for flexibility but overtime is to be expected and so is shifting work hours where we always navigate through a dynamic industry sometimes with high intensity of work and sometimes with less.
