Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Onboarding:
    Developing and implementing onboarding plans to integrate new hires educate them on company procedures and ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
  • Employee Relations:
    Resolving employee complaints and disputes fostering a positive and conflict-free workplace and investigating any issues that arise.
  • Administering compensation and benefits programs including managing payroll and ensuring employees understand their perks.
  • Supporting managers in managing employee performance organizing performance reviews and developing plans to enhance job satisfaction and productivity.
  • Coordinating and providing support for training programs and initiatives that meet the organizations needs and support employee career development.
  • Assisting in the entire recruitment process from creating job descriptions and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and managing reference checks.
