Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Office Tea Lady to join our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our office kitchen and providing tea and coffee services to our employees and clients. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve tea coffee and other beverages to employees and clients - Keep the kitchen area clean and tidy including washing dishes and maintaining stock of tea and coffee supplies - Ensure all kitchen appliances and equipment are in working order - Stock and maintain the office pantry with snacks and refreshments - Assist with setting up and cleaning up of meeting rooms - Monitor and refill office supplies such as paper towels soap and toilet paper - Keep track of inventory and report any shortages or needs to the Office Manager - Assist with basic administrative tasks such as photocopying and filing as needed - Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times - Follow health and safety guidelines and maintain a clean and hygienic work environment Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience as a Tea Lady or in a similar role is preferred - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Attention to detail and ability to multitask - Basic knowledge of office equipment and appliances - Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds - Must be able to stand for extended periods of time - Must be able to work full-time Monday to Friday with occasional overtime as needed If you are a reliable and friendly individual with a passion for providing excellent service we encourage you to apply for this position.
