Key Responsibilities of the Regional Operations Associate
Portfolio Operations Support
- Ensure operational excellence across multiple assets with focus on occupancy NOI leasing performance and resident retention.
- Support financial performance through budgeting forecasting and monthly/quarterly reporting.
- Contribute to capital planning property enhancements and reputation management.
- Assist with staffing coordination training onboarding and ongoing coaching of site teams.
- Help identify mentor and grow future leaders within the portfolio.
- Participate in recruitment and hiring processes.
- Apply market insights and data to implement operational best practices.
- Represent and promote BLTs values serving as a cultural ambassador across the portfolio.
- Foster a collaborative high-performance environment across property teams.
Qualifications of the Regional Operations Associate
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- 510 years of multifamily property management experience (Property Manager General Manager or similar role) required.
- Demonstrated success in improving asset performance and leading teams.
- Strong financial and analytical skills including budgeting and reporting.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Highly adaptable proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced multi-asset environment.
