Position Overview
The Sales Associate is responsible for identifying qualifying and closing new business opportunities across corporate event and strategic partnership sectors. This role focuses on generating leads nurturing client relationships and aligning event solutions with client goals. The ideal candidate is professional motivated and thrives in a performance-driven service-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Source and qualify new leads through outreach networking and referrals.
Present Opulent Events by Gracie services and capabilities to potential clients.
Manage client communications from inquiry through proposal stage.
Collaborate with event production and marketing teams on customized proposals.
Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and ensure all data is up to date.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Participate in weekly team meetings and strategy reviews.
Represent the Opulent Brands standard of excellence in all communications.
Core Competencies
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Confidence in presenting to corporate and executive-level clients.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Professionalism integrity and adaptability in a remote team environment.
Goal-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for brand growth and collaboration.
Requirements
13 years of experience in sales client relations or event management preferred.
Proficiency in CRM systems or similar sales software (training provided).
Reliable internet and ability to work independently.
Excellent follow-through and attention to detail.
Passion for events marketing and creating memorable client experiences.
