For this position the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role;
- Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems (7 10 11);
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365;
- Basic understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP DNS and DHCP;
- Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems;
- Technical or higher education in Information Technology Computer Engineering or a related field;
- Fluency in English and Portuguese (B2 Level) is mandatory;
- Must be available for on-site work in Lisbon Portugal
